RP018（B）anti-rust oil is prepared by multiple inhibitors and auxiliary agents in certain proportion featured by innocuity and non sodium nitrate. It has excellent corrosion inhibiting performance to steel, iron and copper parts,etc.
Seal rust prevention
Use original RP018（B) packed with polyethylene film, composite paper, neutral stencil and sodium benzoate rust-prevented paper properly with above one year period of validity. It’s applicable for direct anti-rust treatment of mechanical parts adopted water-soluble cleaning agent.
Semi-processed part rust prevention
Spray 10%~15% RP018（B）diluent on semi-processed parts once within a week. It's applicable for short-period rust prevention of large-sized parts.
Working procedure rust prevention
Dip mechanical parts in 4%~10% RP018（B）diluent with rust prevention period of 2-3 months. It’s applicable for immersing rust prevention of small-sized parts. Density should be increased if not immersed.
