The product is prepared by oil additive, anti-wear additive, anti-sintering additive, high-temperature antioxidant, anti-rust additive and hydrogenated refined mineral oil, etc. scientifically featured by excellence performance in lubricating, cooling, and anti-sintering and high-temperature oxygenation with low frictional coefficient. It can be applied in tapping, threading and complicated cutting process for stainless steel (302 304 316L 416L) and titanium alloy. Compared with conventional processing oil, it can reduce half roughness of working piece, prolong 1-2 times service life of tap and enhance 50 100% cutting efficiency.

NC400（A）high viscosity (300), medium viscosity (120) and low viscosity (20)
NC400 can be used in rigorous processing conditions. NC400A is made of import material and prepared with patent formula, and it’s adequate to some rigorous requirements.
